Program
By popular demand, we look forward to welcoming you to our first Yoga Workshop together! We are mother and daughter yoga teachers who love to share our passion for yoga together. Emely attended her first yoga class even before she was born and has since grown up in the yoga lifestyle with her mother, Winni, who is a passionate yogi, with several trips to authentic yoga Ashrams in India to her own yoga studio in her hometown. Now both Emely and Winni share their great passion and experience with yoga practitioners through online yoga and yoga trips all over the world!
We look forward to sharing our shared passion and love for HATHA YOGA with you. We invite you to a wonderful Sunday where we guide you through the fantastic universe of hatha yoga. Hatha is a Sanskrit word where ha means sun and tha means moon. In hatha yoga, we focus on creating balance in body and mind. Through our teaching, both body and mind will be strengthened and strengthened. We will finish with a subsequent party where tea and fruit/snacks will be served.
Your Instructors
Emely
Emely Freja attended her first yoga class even before she was born, as her mother attended pregnancy yoga. In her early 20s, Emely was seriously blown away by the power of yoga, and she began a daily yoga practice with not only physical postures, but also pranayama breathing exercises and other branches of yoga.
In 2015, she completed Yoga Alliance's 200-hour international yoga teacher training and thereby obtained the title 200RYT. Yoga continues to show Emely new ways and ways she can be the best version of herself. Since 2014, she has traveled the world to experience new cultures, beautiful nature and find new and different inspiration for her yoga lifestyle. She teaches weekly classes both in Denmark, online and abroad. With a previous broken back and damaged cruciate ligament, she knows both the physical and mental obstacles that body and mind can have, and she strives to make each position individual and adapted to the body in which it is to be performed.

Winni
Din yogalærer på workshoppen er Winni Petersen, hvis undervisning er baseret på hatha yoga. Winni har taget E-RYT 500 i Indien, som er den højeste yogalæreruddannelse, man kan tage, og hun deltager løbende i yogakurser både i Danmark og udlandet. Winni har haft sit eget yogastudie i Solrød og har stor erfaring med yoga. Du vil altid føle dig tryg og godt tilpas i hendes hænder.
